ENGAGE Support doctrine

Get started with Eprecus Engage campaigns

Import consented contacts, clean the list, build an approved campaign, send or schedule through a supported provider, and monitor delivery.

1. Import permission-based contacts Create or choose a list, then import only contacts for which the organization has a valid messaging basis. Review the import result for invalid, disposable, bounced, or duplicate contact details. Do not use an imported list to bypass a prior opt-out or suppression.

2. Check list health Use Check health to calculate the valid, invalid, bounced, and unsubscribed breakdown. Clean List removes invalid, bounced, and unsubscribed members from that list without deleting the underlying contact record. Resolve duplicate groups deliberately before campaign selection.

3. Build and preview the campaign Create an approved template, select its supported channel, choose the list, and preview rendered variables and preference-centre link. Review the audience and content before sending. RCS is unavailable unless a real configured provider supports an RCS send; use a supported channel instead.

4. Send or schedule safely Send immediately only after list health and tenant quota checks pass, or choose a future schedule. Eprecus applies provider rate limiting, quota controls, and campaign state rules while it queues messages. Do not repeatedly submit a campaign if its status is already queued or sending.

5. Monitor and respect recipients Use delivery logs, callbacks, analytics, and marketing reports to review sends, delivery, failures, clicks, and opt-outs. Every outbound message includes a signed preference-centre link. Honor unsubscribe, complaint, bounce, and suppression outcomes immediately.
