Review the active Barbados statutory rule pack and effective dates. Confirm the organization has reviewed income-tax withholding, National Insurance Scheme treatment, severance-fund treatment where applicable, and any employer contribution settings. 4. Record overtime, allowances, bonuses, taxable benefits, loans, deductions, and retroactive changes only after they have written approval and a valid effective date.
