HR employee lifecycle explainer

Understand how Eprecus connects person records, employment terms, time, leave, payroll readiness, and employee self-service.

Eprecus HR records support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through active work, changes, leave, payroll readiness, and offboarding.

Create complete workforce records Start with the worker's identity and employment relationship, then maintain the active employment terms, department, job title, manager, tax and jurisdiction data, and permitted contact information. A read-only employee view is not the source for creating or changing the underlying person record.

Connect HR to payroll Payroll consumes approved employment terms, recurring items, manual hours or timeclock inputs, leave decisions, bank setup where required, tax profile data, and the selected jurisdiction rule pack. Use payroll validation before preview or execution so missing data is corrected in the owning HR workflow.

Support employees safely Employees use ESS for approved self-service tasks. HR and tenant operators should make administrative changes in the web portal and preserve the audit trail for sensitive changes.
