Open an effective support ticket

Step-by-step Eprecus guidance for open an effective support ticket.

Who this guide is for Any authenticated Eprecus user who needs help after completing the relevant checks.

Before you start Capture the exact error or warning code, trace ID, time of the issue, affected organization, and non-sensitive steps that led to it.

Steps 1. Search the Support Hub first using the task name or exact error code. 2. Sign in to the protected ticket area and choose the issue category that best matches the affected work. 3. Write a short title that names the task and outcome, then describe what you expected, what happened, and the steps already tried. 4. Include the error code, trace ID, date and time, and safe screenshots or documents that do not expose passwords, tokens, bank details, or full personal identifiers. 5. Submit the ticket and monitor the protected ticket area for follow-up questions or resolution updates.

Check your work The ticket tells support enough to reproduce or investigate the problem without needing sensitive information.

When to stop and ask for help Stop before attaching credentials, verification codes, full payment data, or personal data that is not necessary for support.
