8.8.2 Review Customer and Revenue Intelligence

This section is for executive and platform-level monitoring only. Use it to review customer patterns in aggregate, confirm the predictive models remain trustworthy, and decide whether commercial teams need to investigate further. For customer-by-customer review work, use Volume 5: CRM & Sales including POS User Manual, especially 8.2.3 Review Customer Health and Value.

Open the predictive insights workspace and load the customer or revenue summary view. Review aggregate outputs first, such as retention bands, churn-risk groups, cohort CLV trends, account concentration, and revenue movement by segment. Compare the current signal set with billing usage, contract exposure, overdue balances, and recent sales movement before escalating any executive concern. Open the model monitoring panel and check model freshness, last training date, data coverage, exception counts, and any drift or confidence warnings. If the model health indicators show deterioration, assign a review to the data or platform owner before teams act on the prediction at scale. Send named customer follow-up work to the commercial team only after confirming the aggregate signal is both commercially relevant and operationally credible.

STRATEGIC TIP: Keep executive insight reviews focused on patterns, exposure, and model reliability. Customer-specific retention action belongs in the CRM workflow so account teams work from the full customer record, timeline, and value context in one place.
