1. Release record Every Eprecus release has a version, build number, release date, platform, release notes, and store or download route in the Support Hub.
2. Current and previous release The current production release is fully supported. The immediately previous production release is supported while a planned rollout or store review is in progress.
3. Older versions Older releases receive best-effort triage and can require an update before deeper investigation continues. Security, authentication, data-integrity, and compatibility fixes can set a minimum supported version.
4. Safe rollout Review release notes, test major changes in an approved process, and retain release evidence before material payroll, financial close, integration, or POS rollout work.
