How Eprecus manages statutory values by jurisdiction and year

Use the effective-dated jurisdiction rule pack and Payroll Setup variables to verify statutory values before every payroll year and jurisdiction change.

Eprecus treats statutory payroll values as governed, effective-dated business data rather than hard-coded assumptions.

Where statutory values come from The active jurisdiction rule pack and Payroll Setup variables provide the payroll engine with the values and rules approved for the tenant's supported country and effective date. The support articles for each jurisdiction explain the current year values represented in the product documentation.

Before each payroll year or rule change Confirm the tenant's country, effective date range, payroll periods, employee tax profile, and approved rule pack. Review the jurisdiction article for the payroll year, then validate a preview or approved parallel comparison before executing payroll.

Do not guess statutory values Rates, thresholds, ceilings, exemptions, brackets, and filing requirements can change. Use the governed configuration and the applicable official source citation recorded with the rule pack. Escalate a missing or disputed value for compliance review before payroll is committed.
