8.8.1 Clear Local Register Offline Queue Blocks

Open the Offline Queue panel in POS. Review the queue grid columns: Local Order #, Status, Conflict, Attempts, Last Attempt, and Last Error. Select Refresh Queue first so the cashier is working from the latest queue status. If the row is simply waiting for reconnection, use Replay Pending and confirm the order does not already show as completed before trying again. If the row shows Conflict or Failed, select the row and open Drilldown to read the error before taking action. Use Requeue Selected for a single stuck row or Requeue Failed/Conflict when the supervisor confirms a wider retry is appropriate. Use Conflict Modal when the queue is blocked by a conflict that needs guided cashier review. Use Ignore Conflict only when a supervisor has confirmed the entry should no longer be replayed.

PLATFORM WARNING: Do not use the POS offline queue to manage WooCommerce connector issues, order import rules, or channel mapping problems. If the issue involves channel synchronization rather than a local register replay, hand it to the integration administrator and use Volume 7.
