8.0.1 Day-Zero Setup Dependency This manual assumes the organization already completed day-zero platform setup and employee provisioning. Before employees use ESS, confirm the foundational setup in Volume 6: Platform Operations and the employee records in Volume 1: Payroll & HR are already in place. Employee records, branch assignments, departments, and reporting relationships are already created. ESS login access, approval routes, and notification rules are already enabled for the tenant. Leave types, leave balances, payslip publishing rules, and timeclock policies are already configured....

This manual assumes the organization already completed day-zero platform setup and employee provisioning. Before employees use ESS, confirm the foundational setup in Volume 6: Platform Operations and the employee records in Volume 1: Payroll & HR are already in place.

Employee records, branch assignments, departments, and reporting relationships are already created. ESS login access, approval routes, and notification rules are already enabled for the tenant. Leave types, leave balances, payslip publishing rules, and timeclock policies are already configured. Employees are using their own organization workspace and not a test or incomplete onboarding tenant.
