Eprecus Desktop support and diagnostics

Use a disciplined desktop support path for sign-in, workstation, device, update, printer, scanner, register, and session problems.

1. Capture workstation context Record the Eprecus Desktop version and build, Windows version, x64 or x86 architecture, tenant, workstation or register, user, exact time, and visible error or trace ID.

2. Check safe causes first Review service status, operator permissions, device and session state, workstation date and time, network access, and the installed application version. Retry once only after confirming the record state.

3. POS and peripherals When the issue involves printing, scanning, cash drawers, or payment hardware, identify the driver version, device model, connection method, register or station, and whether the issue affects another workstation.

4. Preserve evidence Do not clear local data, reinstall the application, alter firewall rules, or reset a POS configuration until the issue is documented and the responsible administrator approves the action.
