1. Supported Windows versions Use Windows 10 version 2004, build 19041, or later, or a supported fully patched Windows 11 release. x64 workstations are preferred. An approved x86 package can be used where it is supplied for an existing compatible workstation.
2. Minimum workstation capacity Use at least 4 GB RAM, a dual-core 1.8 GHz processor, 500 MB free storage, a 1366 by 768 display, and TLS 1.2 or newer network access. For finance, POS, reporting, and sustained work, use 8 GB RAM, 2 GB free storage, and a 1920 by 1080 display where possible.
3. Installation and runtime Install with the Eprecus installer supplied for the release. The approved installer supplies required dependencies. A framework-dependent IT deployment requires the .NET 9 Desktop Runtime.
4. Peripherals Use supported current vendor drivers for printers, scanners, cash drawers, and POS hardware. Eprecus Support can help identify application interaction, but a failed hardware component or driver remains a hardware-vendor issue.
