Keep mobile and web work aligned Use the mobile app for the workflows it presents, then use the Eprecus web portal for deeper configuration, detailed operational review, and bulk work. Refresh a record before retrying a failed update because another user may have changed it.
When a mobile action is blocked Record the error or warning code, read the displayed validation details, and search the Error Code Reference. Resolve the underlying employee, period, permission, device, or connectivity issue before retrying.
