1. iPhone and iPad Eprecus mobile applications support iOS 15 or later. Use the current iOS release or the immediately preceding release when possible. Keep automatic date and time enabled and install the current supported app build.
2. Android phones and tablets The Eprecus mobile support baseline is Android 10, API level 29, or later. Android 12 or later with current Google Play services is recommended. A store package can enforce a different installation minimum for a specific release.
3. Device and connection Keep at least 500 MB of free storage and use a stable Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, or managed data connection. A current device with 2 GB RAM or more and working biometric hardware is recommended.
4. Permissions Camera, notifications, biometrics, location, microphone, speech, and photo access are requested only when a supported feature needs them. Declining an optional permission does not block unrelated work.
5. Version support Install the current production app release. Older versions can require an update when a security, authentication, data-integrity, or compatibility minimum is enforced.
