8.2.1 End-to-End Onboarding Sequence
Open the Eprecus sign-up page and select Sign Up. Enter the business owner details, business name, email address, mobile number, and password, then select Create Account. Complete email or phone verification if the portal prompts you to confirm ownership. Sign in and choose Get Started or Start Setup when the onboarding wizard appears. In the onboarding wizard, complete the organization profile, primary contact, operating country, default currency, and industry selections. Open the subscription or billing step and confirm the plan, billing contact, invoice recipients, and any payment method fields shown on screen. If the organization needs startup credit or invoicing support, open Billing and submit the Credit Application before enabling live usage. Open Org Setup and finish the corporate structure mapping sequence in the exact order shown in Section 8.2.2. Open Features or Feature Access, enable only the modules the organization is ready to govern, then save. Create the first administrator team, assign roles, and ask each administrator to sign in and verify access before master data work begins.
PLATFORM WARNING: Do not begin employee onboarding, supplier setup, customer migration, product creation, or payroll period generation until the organization structure, base currency, tax regime, and branch hierarchy are complete. Correcting them later can force rework across every module.
